Latest release: version 0.1.0, March 16, 2024

pzContact gives you a basic “Contact Us” form that’s embedded in a block, plus a block that gives you a table where you can view the messages your users are sending you.

It’s also the beachhead for PeakZebra blocks in general, which will be expanding on a weekly basis (see the roadmap).

We’re not currently requiring your name and email to download, but we’d really really like to hear from you, so do take a second and send an email directly to PeakZebra’s founder Robert, robert at

Or use the (wait for it…) “contact us” form you’ll find here. You can also use this for any support questions.

pzContact Plugin

Here’s how to install (it installs like any other plugin zip file, if you’ve done a manual installation before).

First: Download the plugin .zip file to your local computer before following the steps below.

  1. Sign in to your WordPress site as administrator.
  2. In the left-hand menu, select Plugins > Add New.
  3. Select Upload Plugin.
  4. Select Choose File.
  5. Locate and select the plugin .zip file on your local computer and then select Open.
  6. Select Install Now.
  7. Select Activate Plugin.

Super-short instructions

Use the “pz contact” block to insert a contact form in a page or post.

Use “pz grid” block to view messages entered by users using the contact block. Place the “pz access” block at the top of the page, then use the sidebar to configure for admin access only. This will keep non-admins from seeing all the messages you’ve received.

(You’ll find details on getting started and customization at our documentation site.)
